We had good family time.
Positive: The location was nice .
Negative: They said it gas a washer and dryer in the unit and it does but it does not work we had to spend even more money at the laundromat.

It is a nice condo with a few things that need attention.
Positive: The condo is nice. The location is good and the view of the bay from the balcony is nice. There are a number of good restaurants nearby. There is a very nice pool on the property.
Negative: The burners on the stove were all out of level.
The trash can lid was rusty.
The pots and pans were in very bad shape. The nonstick coating on all the pans were badly scratched. You may ingest fragments of the scratched nonstick coating if you use the pans.
